Silver brazing alloy is a brazing filler material with silver (Ag) as the main component. It is usually made of silver, copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), tin (Sn) and other metals melted in a specific proportion. It wets the surface of the base material through capillary action to form a high-strength, high-airtight permanent metal connection. It is suitable for welding stainless steel, copper alloy, nickel-based alloy and dissimilar metals.

① Excellent wettability and strength: The welding liquid can flow into the depth of the small brazing gap, so that the welded joint has higher strength and toughness, and the strength of the brazed joint can reach more than 90% of the base material.
② Low melting point: Working temperature 600°C~900°C, reducing the risk of thermal deformation and brazing time.
③ Good ductility and conductivity: The face-centered cubic (FCC) crystal structure of silver (Ag) enables it to undergo plastic deformation without cracking during welding, and silver is the metal with the best known conductivity (IACS 105%). Silver brazing alloys ensure conductivity through high silver content + low impurity control (oxygen content <0.01%).
